Marco Birke fulfils a wish of the German staff

Absolutely mouth-wateringly delicious – the workforce says: “Danke”

People living in Europe love dreaming of Christmas Stollen, homemade Christmas goodies or mince pies and Christmas pudding during the time of Advent.  In South America our German staff members think of totally different things.  A couple of days ago head chef Marco Bierke presented a hearty meal on the plates that made German hearts beat faster.  The menu: dumplings, red cabbage and goulash.

Even the Peruvian staff members praised this rare change of cuisine.  We look forward to future delightful treats from Marco Bierke’s comprehensive repertoire.  Bon appetit!
