Looking back and looking forward

A blessed presentation tour despite Corona

Yesterday at Cusco Airport all passengers queued in a line in order to be registered in lists.  At the terminal’s exit the missionary doctor’s hectic marathon through Peru and Germany ended.

Up to three months ago it was absolutely unclear as to whether this tour would be be able to go ahead or not.  Thanks to Karin Straßheim in our home office all preparations that were made were able to be realised.

Roughly 2,000 people attended the public talks.  480 books about Diospi Suyana are now lying on various bedside tables.  The total amount that was raised via various donations was €20,000.  Furthermore, a few important meetings with the media took place.  7,000km kilometres were driven by car in 15 days.  Seven new candidates were officially accepted to start working in Peru.  The contacts we made to companies led to amazing results: the donations in kind will be transported by container-ship to Peru.  The tour’s final highlight was the fact that Family Lächele flew to Peru on board a humanitarian flight.

Dr John’s next tour through Germany will take place from 7th to 22nd November.  If you are interested in hosting an event or would like more information, please contact Karin Straßheim under karin.strassheim@diospi-suyana.org

We thank God for travelling mercies and the many valuable personal contacts.
