Even with a machine
Yesterday Felizitas had an important meeting at the hospital entrance. Dr Martina John presented her with a typewriting machine for her son Jaime. For several years now ophthalmologist Dr Ursula Buck has been seeing the blind eleven-year-old. One of the boxes brought by the last container contained this wonderful silver device. A “dankeschön” to Dr Dorothea Brady. With considerable effort the paediatrician was able to source it in Germany. Due to the Peruvian import laws for donations in kind the device will initially be rented out to the family for four years.
