A rapid separation from infected and non-infected patients
The number of patients seeking help is steadily increasing week by week and has reached roughly 60% of the pre-Pandemic-level. All of the many waiting patients who show symptoms of an infection are tested as to whether they have contracted Covid or not.
Up until 1st October we tested 443 patients Corona-positive who were waiting outside the doors of the missionary hospital. We were able to send most of them home into quarantine immediately having given them good advice and the appropriate medication.
Covid-patients are forbidden to enter the lower floor of the hospital. Should an inpatient treatment be necessary they are brought via separate entrances to the first storey.
