The Claires want to be certain. For years, they have been thinking about making a difference in a high-poverty region. Will is a general practitioner, Alison a teacher The two Texans learned about Diospi Suyana last year, when, thanks to an email exchange, Dr. John ended up giving a presentation about the missionary hospital in their living room in Dallas.
The Claires will be in Curahuasi for three days to get some first-hand impressions. This summer, they will travel to Costa Rica to attend a Spanish-language school. In the spring of 2013, the family, including their four children, will return to Peru.
One thing to highlight is the fact that the Claire family wants to invest between 8 to 10 years in this undertaking. We ask God to provide His guidance during this important phase and with this important decision.
