Dear friends, in the last two weeks the construction status has visibly changed. With sufficient in-house staff and temporary workers, it was possible to pour the second floor slab in 1.5 days. On Building A, 18 of 22 columns have now been concreted. The first beams have also been concreted.
The bricklaying work is in full swing. The floor plans of the rooms and the window and door openings are becoming increasingly visible. The toilet facilities are already clearly visible and the necessary pipes are being laid in parallel with the bricklaying work.
The reinforcement bars for the supports are currently being manufactured and installed on the second building. Another carpentry crew could start shuttering here.
The safety of our employees on the construction site is of the utmost importance to us. Two minor injuries were treated on an outpatient basis without any problems. We would like to keep it that way and it is a prayerful concern of mine.
