General Luis Flores wants to ensure the safety of the event
Two hours lasted the conversation on Wednesday morning between the chief of the 2000 police officers of the state of Apurimac and a delegation of Diospi Suyana. The general said it was an honor for him to act as a patron for the planned event. He also wanted to make sure that the festival, which will last several days, could proceed without any disturbances.
