Fresh bread rolls from the Diospi Suyana bakery

Based on a recipe by master baker Daniel Wiens

These baked products are completely unrivaled.  Master baker Daniel Wiens (2nd from left) – newly married two months ago – has started making bread rolls again. He is significantly supported by his journeyman Jonas Vokuhl and apprentices Janne and Selina. The taste is just right and demand is high. Ten rolls straight from the oven cost 2.5 soles = 60 cents. It’s worth a trip to Curahuasi. Bon appétit!
