That means: The Point of No Return
Anais Royer, Laura Holder, Louisa Scheidt and Peer-Birger Oldmann have changed continents and even crossed the Apurimac River yesterday. Now the four IJFD’ers have no time to run. Work awaits and they will soon have to roll up their sleeves.
We have to qualify the expression “the point of no return” a little so that no one back home in Europe panics. Of course, the new colleagues will cross the Apurimac Bridge again in the opposite direction after 11 months. – Provided they have passed all the tests of courage and completed the tasks to their complete satisfaction. Then – only then – will our thumbs go up and we will put in a good word for them with the bridge keeper. /KDJ
