Last year he was working as a senior doctor in the Gynecology department of Ludwigsburg – a large medical centre in Baden Wurttemberg. Now he is living in Curahuasi, Peru together with his wife, Damaris, and his 4 children. Some people would say that spending several years in a mission hospital is putting one’s career future in jeopardy. However, Dr Hassfeld prefers to use his good training where it is most needed. Diospi Suyana wishes him a good beginning and many successes in the Operating Room.
