They came all the way from Urubamba and were delighted about the friendly treatment they received. The care takers from the "Hogar Girasoles" orphanage brought about a quarter of their children for a thorough medical examination to Curahuasi.
All in all, dentists Ursula Lozano and Erin Connally examined and treated about 14 kids. Some of them also saw a pediatrician and a surgeon.
Smiling faces everywhere – it seemed as if the hospital visit was field trip. And why not.
