Sets new record
Diospi Suyana is equipped with four operating rooms, which are all in operation. The schedule for Tuesday had 13 cases. General surgeon Dr. Annette Haar, gynocologist Dr. Jens Hassfeld, and ophthalmologist Dr. Ursul Buck led the operations. Dr. Susan Dressler and Dr. Rob Fisher were responsible for the anesthesia. And of course the Dr.’s can do very little without the help from the assistive personel working alongside them.
Towards the end of the year, we expect the arrival of a urologist and another anesthesiologist. In 2016, a traumatologist and gynecologist plan to join the workforce. We wish our colleagues steady hands, a sharp eye, and God’s blessing for their service.
