Quite radical – Family Iovtchev

We need more of this type of radicals

Ivo and Helena are staring intently at a small computer screen covered with Cyrillic letters.  For several months now the Bulgarians are translating the book “I have seen God” page by page.  After he had heard a presentation on Diospi Suyana in April Ivo exclaimed: “Having heard this story we simply cannot continue going on as before!”  That is easy to say when the emotions are high, but Ivaylo Iovtchev made his sentence true: he started translating the first book on Diospi Suyana, which he wants to finish before his celebrates his 50th birthday.  And then?  Then a presentation tour through Bulgaria needs to be carefully planned.

His wife Helena had an inkling of what was coming the family’s way: “Ivaylo, if you do not translate the book, it will have consequences and if you do, it will also have consequences.”

Prior to the planning meeting a donation ceremony took place.  Jana, Jemima and Johannes Iovtchev handed Dr John a note and several coins for the good cause in Peru.  Like father like son (children)!

Such an attitude is radical.  (S)He who is prepared to sacrifice time and money for something, is serious about it.  And the question arises: “What motivates people to do such things?”
