Container # 30 Is Through Customs

Container #30 was stuck in customs for exactly five weeks. Those of you familiar with life in South America are probably well aware of the fact that dealings with customs agencies can take months, if not years.

"Levante autorizado" was the good news that reached us Tuesday night. Now, the container should be on its way to Curahuasi within a few days.

The storage company "DP World" is donating about $900 in storage fees. The shipping company "CMA CGM" has helped us with the additional container costs by giving a $750 discount.

We hope and pray that the 481 container boxes will reach the hospital soon and in good condition. /KJD
