The 29th container has been in a warehouse in the port of Lima for a few days now. Most likely, it will take at least a few weeks until all government agencies have given approvals and cleared the shipment.
The shipment contains 331 boxes with thousands of instruments, replacement and spare parts as well as equipment. We have summarized the contents for the customs officers in a spreadsheet of about 700 items.
While container # 29 is sitting in Lima waiting to be transported to Curahuasi, new boxes are piling up in a warehouse in Wiesbaden, Germany. Detlev Hofmann records all donations meticulously.
