Congratulations to the head of our orthopaedic center. Christian Haupt submitted the funding application to the EKF Foundation and coordinated the program with a training place in San Salvador. Alex Ávalos Quispe (top right) is now officially trained as an orthopaedic technician. Christian is a real expert in his field. When Sr. Ávalos is wide awake, he can learn a lot from his master. The German foundation is also funding five seminars in El Salvador, including flight costs.
The end result would then be an internationally certified qualification for the journeyman from Curahuasi. A great opportunity!
