Arrival at night – unloading in the morning

Just in time

For Monday, some unions had announced strikes and roadblocks. Reason enough to get worry lines on your forehead at the thought of container transport. But everything went well. Container 76 arrived at the secure compound of our hospital with an armed escort on Saturday evening.

By Sunday noon, the steel box had been cleared out. Over the next two weeks, our logistics staff will accurately account for all cargo and distribute it to the hospital or school.

A thank you to all who helped with brains and brawn.
