All frequencies belong to Diospi Suyana’s main organisation

After several years of administrative procedures and countless journeys

The head of our media centre, Doris Manco, smiles beamingly.  And she knows why.  As of today all of Diospi Suyana’s 9 frequencies are united under the roof of the “Asociación Civil Religiosa Diospi Suyana”.  For legal reasons we had to obtain the first radio frequencies under a private name / an intermediate organisation.  The reason: in Peru only Peruvian citizens are entitled to own a radio or TV station.

In extremely hard work we were able to prove by means of the German Media Law that Peruvians are allowed to run radio stations in Germany.  Because of this the government applied the principle of reciprocity and make an exception for Diospi Suyana.

So the organisation “Asociación Civil Religiosa Diospi Suyana” now owns a hospital, a school, the building for the children’s club, a guest house in Lima and a media centre with 9 radio and TV-frequencies.  We do not only want to comply with the legal regulations of the country, but also want to legally secure our areas of work.

A long journey with several flights to the capital and countless appointments with lawyers and notaries thus comes to a successful end today.

Diospi Suyana’s 8 FM-frequencies in Southern Peru.  Added to these a television frequency in the District of Curahuasi.  The area has a size of 250,000m², roughly the size of former Western Germany.
