On Tuesday morning the latest arriving shipping container was unloaded at the hospital. This will possibly be the last container. For the last 2 months we have struggled with the authorities to have it released from Peruvian Customs. The bureaucratic red-tape had kept it there for so long.
However, with the arrival of the container, there were many much needed supplies available at the hospital. Among the items was another solar power system and heating equipment donated by Tobias Löscher and 2 blood-gas regulating machines.
